Description:

I use a Samsung Soundbar J450 connected via bluetooth.

The provided remote helps me control play/pause/next previous.

To reproduce:

In numbered, short steps describe how to reproduce. 

1. Connect to Samsung Soundbar J series.
2. Try using next/previous button on remote.

Workaround:

'N/A'

Additional information:

Next/Previous Button from remote works with iTunes.

Next/Previous Button from remote Works with Spotify Android.

Just to confirm, are all devices on the same WiFi?

Can you let us know what exactly doesn't work when using the desktop app? Can you give a reinstall a go following the steps here?
