Marantz M-CR610 Won't Connect (22.10.2016)

Trying to logon from my Marantz M-CR610 today, and nothing is happening. Asking for Login and Password which I've entered, then says 'Loading' but after a minute the SPOTIFY logo comes up again, and the usual "INTRODUCING YOUR MARANTZ WITH SPOTIFY" message to start the whole process again. Never had any problem using it before EVER, as up until now been excellent. Can still access my account from Android phone and laptop today with no problem. Anybody shed some light into this?

Similar problem also occurs to me. My Marantz M-CR610, after activating Spotify (Loading ...), shows the message "(empty list)" and remains so!

BobG16 - I'm having same problem trying to login. The username-password process just keeps reperating. When I went turned on my M-CR610 today Marantz downlaoded update software and I wonder if that is causing the issue where I can't log in to my spotify premuin account. Thoughts? Thanks.

I do not believe. I have downloaded the update last week and had no problems. Problems started yesterday (Saturday). It is due to the attack hacker to US sites? But Spotify web is ok ... I have no ideas

I have the same problem on my M-CR510 since yesterday. Tried to reset the unit to the factory defaults, but the problem still persist. Any idea?

Nothing as yet. Tweeted SpotifyCares support and they suggesting something ridiculous like switching it on and off again!! (As if I hadn't done that already!) I am going to upload a video to them showing exactly what happens, and see what their response is. I've also raised a fault directly with Marantz to tackle it from both sides.

I have the same problem with my M-CR610, I have tried everything I can think of or found on line to try and solve it but nothing works. I belive it must have somthing to do with the attack on Friday as it was working fine up until then so it is up to spotify or marantz to fix it.

uf... I already thought that my Marantz (M-CR620 broke down. I did an update, I restored the factory settings. still nothing. If you If someone finds a solution - pls let me know

Same problem here. I have two M-CR610's. One has the latest firmware released in the past couple of days, one is still on the previous version. Both devices have the same problem as described in the original post. So, it would appear is not due to the latest Marantz firmware... But definitely a common problem. Can still log in to Spotify using the Spotify app so I know my account credentials are valid.
