This is ridiculous. Canvas has been broken for months for me now, and the official support won't even acknowledge there is a problem. When can we expect the feature back?

Problem:

My device doesn't have the option to enable or disable canvas in the settings.

I have tried enabling canvas with the same account on an iPhone 14 and i can enable it on iOS, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the account.

I only can't access canvas in my OPPO A83. I have tried making new accounts on the same device but it hasn't helped either.

Can someone tell me what's the error 'cos I really like the canvas feature but can't use it on my primary device

No me sale la opción de Canvas , tengo iPhone 11 , mi cuenta de Spotify la tengo ya hace dos años y en ese tiempo la desactive por que me consumía muchos datos al momento de escuchar música , ahora la quiero activar y no me aparece la opción , necesito ayuda , el apartado de reproducción no me sale la opción de Canvas , a todos mis amigos les aparece en la parte de abajo y a mi solo me sale el autoplay, ayuda

Après plusieurs tentative pour activer canva c’était impossible, je suis aller sur un autre compte spotify et cette fois ci c’était disponible, auriez vous une solution ?
