The canvas disappeared and I want to activate them, try another account and if this is working, but in my account it does not appear, I already uninstalled the application and erased the data and even reset my device And the canvas does not work, all the solutions in other forums does not work, i need a real solution, and quickly

I have the same issue. No canvas, after trying all avaliable hacks listed online and here. Just checked my daughters phone, and she has it. I have premium subscibtion and a newer iOS device than her, she has Spotify Free. The only thing I can think of is that I have been a Spotify user since 2008 - mabye my user credentials are "old" somehow and not accessing all available features?

Neden canvas bende yok. Bi ara vardı ama o zamanlar premium değildim. Aradan zaman geçti ve su an premium kullanıyorum. Fakat canvas olmaması üzücü.

I also do not have canvas any longer. Reached out to support and they had me follow instructions for a clean install, but that didn’t work either. So I just totally lost the feature. 🤷🏼‍♀️

i’m currently using iphone 12 pro with student premium subscription, i don’t know why but my canvas options doesn’t appear in my settings but when i use my 2nd account which is not a premium account, the canvas appears in the setting. I hope spotify teams will fix it asap

Hi, im Sayantan from Kolkata, India. I previously had android phone where Spotify canvas was working properly. Few days ago I got my new iphone and here the spotify canvas not working and also there is no option regarding that in app setting.I am using updated version of spotify and tried multiple times to sign out/reinstall but the problem is not resolved. Please suggest.

I have the same problem. Canvas disappeared from my iPad and iPhone. I would really like it back

its been a while now since the canvas feature has been removed from my account and no matter how much i try to fix it it just won’t appear, even when talking to the support it still on be available for me, and ive been a premium account for a few years now…
