[Mobile] Canvas feature disappeared

My Question or Issue

The canvas disappeared and I want to activate them, try another account and if this is working, but in my account it does not appear, I already uninstalled the application and erased the data and even reset my device And the canvas does not work, all the solutions in other forums does not work, i need a real solution, and quickly

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed - just make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If you're not seeing Canvas in Settings, perform a clean reinstall of the app on your phone.

 

In order to enable Canvas:

- Make sure Data Saver is OFF
- Under Playback, Canvas should be ON

 

Note: Not all songs have a Canvas, and the feature is gradually being rolled out, so it's not available in all markets yet. We'll post an update here when we have any new info to share on this.

I can't use canvas on my account. I opened a new account and checked, the new account has canvas but my main account hasn't.

I can't find canvas on the spotify account I'm using but if I go onto another account on the same exact phone I can use it perfectly fine am I banned from canvas usage or what man I just want to see a silly little video while listening to music, I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra too and again don't have this problem with other accounts but I need to use the same account for obvious reasons.

so im having the same issue with pretty much everyone on this thread - canvas disappeared. its frustrating that everyone on my family plan has the feature except for me. i would like to opt out from the testing (according to your customer service agent, it is possible). please fix this issue as soon as possible. as a paying customer i want to have what i paid for so seeking your urgent help on this one.

@rosylnx I have the same problem, the canvas feature is already gone for like a full year or so. I want the feature back i really liked it and im paying every month so i have the right like everybody else to have it. If its possible to opt me out of the testing and get the feature back i would be happy again.

 

Update: woke up this morning and noticed the canvas is suddenly back. So probably they opted me out or something.
