[Mobile] Canvas feature disappeared

My Question or Issue

The canvas disappeared and I want to activate them, try another account and if this is working, but in my account it does not appear, I already uninstalled the application and erased the data and even reset my device And the canvas does not work, all the solutions in other forums does not work, i need a real solution, and quickly

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed - just make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If you're not seeing Canvas in Settings, perform a clean reinstall of the app on your phone.

 

In order to enable Canvas:

- Make sure Data Saver is OFF
- Under Playback, Canvas should be ON

 

Note: Not all songs have a Canvas, and the feature is gradually being rolled out, so it's not available in all markets yet. We'll post an update here when we have any new info to share on this.

I have this account for ages , but , I didn’t had the option to activate canvas because back in day I had a old cellphone , but , I got and iPhone 11 and the option do not appear , I even created another account and there , was the option , what should I do ????

Hello! Today I've seen that canvas (video covers) don't work on my iphone app. My account is Turkish. I do not know what's the matter cause all this time (aprox 5 months) all the things have been working correctly. I really miss this function. How can I turn it back?

The Canvas option went missing from my account settings some time either last week or 2 weeks ago. This sucks because I liked the Canvas and there is no reason for it to be missing at all. For the record, I tried to log out and log back in (didn't work), clean uninstall and reinstall the app (didn't work either), and even tried a test account (didn't have the Canvas option either).

 

I know for a fact that 1) Canvas is available in Singapore (because someone I know from Singapore has the Canvas toggle available to them) and 2) it was literally available less than a month ago. Would it be possible for the Canvas option on my account to be re-enabled? It's a shame that many users have asked for help on this matter on the support boards with very little meaningful help, so I hope that someone with knowledge can explain if I could get the option back and why/why not if so.

Hey there, I’ve been able to use canvas for about 4 months now and all of a sudden it has disappeared and I can’t get it back. Please help me

For a while now the canvas have disappeared i saw that we needed to create a new account for whatever reason. But I don't wan't to do it so i wanted to know if it was going to be fixed for us at some point ?

My Question or Issue

The Canvas feature has disappeared from my account since a few days ago. Videos still show up on the app's new homepage but not on the "Now Playing" screen. The option is gone in the app's settings, under "Enable Auto-Play".

I already tried to switch accounts on the same device and Canvas is back when I do that. However, I don't want to switch accounts just to get that feature back. Could anyone opt me out of this A/B testing of some sort and enable Canvas back on my account?
