Hi Spotify!

So I have a 2016 Honda HR-V with the HondaLink touchscreen system. It supports bluetooth audio and seems to work great with other music services (Pandora, iTunes Radio, etc...) however when using Spotify the system sees all music as "No title". Artist, song and album all show up with "No title"

This is with OS: Android 5.1 Lollipop, latest Spotify version 7.9.0.746 on an Samsung GalaxyNote 5.

How can I report this or try some testing or something. Any ideas?

Just to check - were you able to see the song's info before? If so, could you let us know if it started happening after a specific update/event? 

Keep in mind Spotify isn’t supported across all Bluetooth devices.

Hi there. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. 

Yes I was able to see the information before. I had a 2013 Honda Civic LX  and it showed what and who was playing when I used spotify. I also had the same phone back then as I do now. It wasnt untill I got my new car the 2016 Honda HR-V in November of 2016 that this problem started happening. I also tried connecting it to my mothers new Honda CR-V and it was able to show the information no problem. So I am left to assume that perhaps my type of vehicle isnt yet compatible.

There's a chance your vehicle isn't compatible yet, but it's worth trying using a different device or an AUX cable.
