Music doesn't start or stops after 9sec

I've recently been having a problem with both my Windows and iOS that a track will either just stop playing after about 9 seconds (but the tracker will indicate that it's still playing) or the track simply won't start playing at all.

I've got spotify premium and i don't think it's got to do with my internet connection since everything else is working fine.

 

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Seems like a bug.
