Music not playing after ads

When an ad pops up and I skip it the music won't play. It says "Get premium now to play ad-free music anywhere". I found that it's been doing the same thing even after I watch the ads. My connection is perfectly fine and this issue is new but is starting to happen more frequently.

Hey @hectaahhh, welcome to the Community!

 

Just to be sure, how long has this been happening for? Also, what device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using?

 

Does this happen while on WiFi or mobile data? Lastly, what troubleshooting have you tried so far?

 

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.
