Music stops on PC and starts on Android without pressing anything

Hi,

This is a weird one, when I'm playing spotify at work through my headphones, every now and then it will stop playing on the PC and start playing on my Android Phone. There is no warning, and I'm never actually on the Spotify program when it does happen. I have checked on the PC when this happens and as far as spotify connect is concerned, I am listening on the PC and the Android is "Unavailable for listening on".

Pausing and playing from the PC will pause it on the phone and then start it on the PC, but randomly playing out loud at work has gotten more than a few bad looks from the boss!

This happens even if I close the app completely on the phone.

Phone is Samsung Galaxy S6 and its a windows 10 machine with Spotify premium.

It has been discussed a lot. A different thread om this topic was closed a couple of hours ago with no solution posted. If it happens to me again I'm cancelling my subscription.

This is happening to me too. It's very annoying--but not as annoying as learning there is no way to contact a Spotify representative directly about it. Thinking about cancelling if this doesn't clear-up soon

I'm having the same issue, and when I tried posting about it with more details (details that would be helpful for them to debug the problem), my post was rejected without an explanation or any form of contact. Talk about adding insult to injury. Will likely unsubscribe to premium.
