Music will not play after ad

So basically, an advertisement plays, all cool, then when it finishes, usually my music should automatically continue playing - however for one specific ad, it seems to never end. When I double click on a song to play from a playlist, it says it will start after the ad but the ad had finished a while ago? Help help help. Restarting spotify each time it does this is a pain.

Hi! 

I use spotify on a PC and laptop (happens on both) with windows10 and the latest version of Spotify - it always stops on that Vodaphone Design your own case(?) ad.

I've re-installed spotify 3 times now, and it still seems to get caught at the vodafone "Mix Your Case" ad. 

Any other suggestions?

Let's try a deeper reinstallation:

• Log out of Spotify and then close the program.
• Uninstall 
• Browse to the cache and delete everything inside the folder. The default location should be:

         C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage 

• Delete also the folder:

C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<random numbers-user>\

There is a folder for each profile that has been logged into Spotify on that computer account. 

• Restart your PC.
• Reinstall.

Let us know if the issue persists.
