My Music Won’t Play

Whenever I go into Spotify all the music is grey not white and obviously your music needs to be white to play. I click on music and it won’t be play. It has been like this for at least 2 weeks and I would like to know what the problem is and what I need to do to fix it...

How long has this issue been happening for? What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? Also, what troubleshooting have you tried so far?
