My Spotify has taken on a mind of it's own and starts playing Mahmood Kahn by itself

I have a problem where, on any device, the music will either switch or start playing music from someone called Mahmood Kahn. Without fail. I will play my music for a while, but at some point -maybe one track in, maybe an hour in - it will change mid-song to this random artist! If I leave my spotify on pause, it will begin playing Mahmood Kahn by its self. Who is this Mahmood Kahn? Is this a set up!

 

Does anyone have a similar problem?

Hello, I have followed your advice, logged off everything, changed my password. I'm afraid Mahmood Kahn still haunts me. Occasionally spotify will just skip every song in a playlist a minute into the song. Usually though it will just skip to Mahmood Kahn. It always either skips to things on my playlist, or to Mahmood Kahn. Nothing else.

 

could there be something else going on?

I am having the exact same issue.  Same artist.   Always Mahmood Kahn.   What in the world is going on?

I see this complaint around this particular artist frequently on this support page and other sites.

Regrettably, Spotify seems to only want to tell you to perform the same basic troubleshooting steps even though it's clearly a larger issue.
