Money was not in my account when monthly roll over occurred. I have had money sitting in my account for several weeks now and spotify have not debited it. I cannot upgrade to premium manually either. Help, I'm sick of the adds
That's not cool. Are you getting any error messages when subscribing again to Premium? Try doing the process from a computer using an incognito window. You can also try using a different payment method. Let us know how it goes.
