No connecting between laptop, s7 and chromecast

Hello,

I have an Samsung S7 and i can not connect to my chromecast. But when it does, it plays the music but i can not pause or skip a song. Nothing happens. And when i try to use my phone as remote for my laptop it doesn't work either. Looks like a connecting issue. Also connecting from my laptop to chromecast is not working.

It is very frustrating.

Could you let us know what operating system and Spotify version you're using? Feel free to add any screenshots, that'd be super helpful too. We suggest you try a clean reinstall on both devices and see if it helps.
