No option to watch ad when offered to listen "ad free"

I have been offered this twice in 20 minutes, with no button to watch the ad, and it does not automatically start my 30 minutes after the offer is over, instead it plays 4 ads or so, plays 3 songs (3 minutes each on avg, so 10 mins) and then offers the 30 mins ad free again, with no button to watch the ad. Again, does not start my 30 mins automatically. I have tried closing the app and re entering, but that does not fix the issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Hope this is seen and solved. ☺
