Not able to play Jay Shetty podcasts on iPhone

 

 

Using iPhone 6s, current iOS 12.2, Spotify Premium. 

 

Country - UK

 

My Question or Issue

It worked a week ago and was able to access a few podcasts. Since then, if choosing to play acts as if no connection and stays on 0:00. Other music works fine. 

 

Works fine if using my iPad just not on iPhone. Same internet connection and also not working with phone network either. Seems a little bizarre. 

 

I have soft reset computer. Updated, Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Logged out and back in. Still problem on phone. 

 

Specific podcast is “on purpose with Jay Shetty”

I'm having the same problem too. Hope someone can help. 

All my sources cannot play On Purpose with Jay Shetty Podcast ( App on PC, App on ios, or Spotify web on Chrome).

I am having the same issue. I can play it on my desktop but not my Iphone. Any other podcast or music works fine. Hopefully this can get fixed. I need my Jay for the weekend.

I'm unable to play any of the Jay Shetty podcasts too as well, not sure how else to contact Spotify... hope this will resolve soon.

We've seen some reports on Jay Shetty podcasts not working on iPhone. The right team is looking into it. In the meantime, make sure to restart your device and reinstall the app

 

And if you have already, add a +Vote and comment the following:

  • Spotify version
