Not being able to play any songs, just keeps skiping.

Status: Closed

No songs will play no matter what I do. I tried uninstalling the app and logging in and out of my account. Nothing will let the music play. It is affected on my phone, laptop, and ps4.

Does the same thing happen if you log into Spotify using a different account accross all your devices?

Same problem

The same for me using Web Player on Windows machine.

Some songs start playing but freeze at second 9.

 

On the smartphone (Android) it is alright.

Clearing browser's cache and cookies helped solving this issue. All good now.
