Not yet on Premiums

Hey Spotify Team,

 

 

I just made my payment today (which is still before the deadline for payment - Dec 6 11:59PM) yet, I am stilll not subscribed to premiums.

 

Before I made the payment, the page for premium subscription indicated that my premium subscription will be automatically activated once I made my payment which is still not happening now.

 

You may take a alook at the photo attached fro proof.

 

Please help as this is is na issue. Many Thanks!

No worries. When using a prepaid payment as you did, it could take up to 48 hours for your account to be upgraded. If after 48 hours, your account is not Premium yet, we suggest contacting DragonPay.
