OFFLINE

Why is Spotify telling me that I am offline when I am clearly online? I am using a work laptop (Mac) and everything else functions fine except for Spotify. It has been like this for about two weeks now, which is very frustrating because I use the music in my classroom with my students. I have tried everything I can think of-- restarting, redownloading, logging in and out, etc. HELP.

Hey @user-removed! Thanks for letting me know about this!

 

That's not cool! It sounds like something might be interfering your connection with Spotify. Could you try to use Spotify on a different network connection (e.g. 4G)? Your school/workplace might block access to Spotify. Let me know how you get on! 🙂
