Oct 11/12 Paid but no upgraded to Premium

On Oct 11 we received some reports that users were paying for Premium but not seeing the upgrade on their account.

My Question or Issue

Hi! I subscribed to Spotify Premium for Students and yet both desktop and mobile apps still reflect my account as a free account. The charge on my PayPal has yet to go through as well, even though most other purchases would have already gone through at this point in time. I was wondering if there was a grace period before Premium is applied, but I've heard others get it instantly.

 

https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/account/overview/ shows that I'm subscribed to Premium for Students, and I've gotten receipts from both PayPal and Spotify for this month's subscription fee. Please help?

My Question or Issue

I signed up for the free 30 days trial 4 months ago but now it’s saying I don’t have a premium account yet it’s still charging me and taking my money. I’m not happy, who do I contact? Who do I ring? How do I do this? Someone help!

My Question or Issue

 

I've consulted every other thread and troublshooting advice provided by Spotify and the problem of my premium being unavailable has still not been solved. I updated by Student plan and received the e-mail that i'd been charged (it showed my username not those digits, so I know ithas nothing to do with using Facebook) yet premium isn't showing up on my phone or desktop app. I've also tried reinstalling, using the log out of all devices option and nothing has changed.

My Question or Issue

 

I recently resubscribed for spotify premium but it's not activated, i got charged on my credit card already. The receipt (attached) doesn't mention any username, instead it's just a blank form. I tried every solution on this forum, i don't think it's a problem on my end.
