Old playlists missing from "recover playlists" section. Help?

My Question or Issue

Recently I wanted to retrieve some old playlists to find old songs for a playlist I'm building. I went to recover playlists and only had maybe 10 even though I've made probably hundreds.

Is there a glitch or do old playlists get deleted? if/or something has happened can this be reverted?

Appreciate all the help, if I'll get any 😄

I recently wanted to recover two playlists I had deleted but when I went to recover them, they weren’t there. I have always been able to delete and then recover playlists without any issue until now.

I would also really like to recover some of my older playlists. I see people recovering them from way earlier. I've had Spotify only since April 2019, so the playlists are not even that old, most of them are less then a year old. They are not on the list of playlists to recover when I follow your usuall guidelines to recocer them. It would really mean a lot to me if I could get some of them back. I even remember the names of some of them.

I can find certain playlists that were in the recover playlist but have since vanished - due to my sister saving them to her library etc so they are there somewhere - so annoying - fix this soon spotify

A spotify help agent told me that "Our system only keep deleted playlist for about 90 days. All deleted playlists will be totally removed from the "Deleted" section after 90 days." this must be a new program?

 EDIT: they also told me that this has always been the case. I didn't think it was.

@unknownauthor yeah it was not always the case that's why I'm so frustrated because I would've restored my playlists if they just decided to make them permanently delete after 90 days.

That must a fairly new amendment and as such, we should have been given prior notice. I still can't see any news to that affect and as such, I will be withdrawing my nembership#- Please type your reply above this line -##

I have the same issue. I used to see + able to recover my playlists from even 2015. Now I can't find an old playlist of mine. Is spotify going to recover our playlists?

I'm currently struggling with the same issue. I've made hundreds of playlists but only a select few actually pop up when I go to the recover playlists section. Any solutions?

The recover playlist page needs to be more clear how long they stay in there after deleted.

For nearly a year I wanted my recover playlist page to completely purged which I'm totally happy this happened for my account. But now people are upset they are now gone.
