On Repeat not updating

We've received reports that the On Repeat playlist is not updating for about a week and there's one report about Repeat Rewind.

Yesterday, I reported and they told me that they were going to fix it, in the next 24 hours, since that time has passed and it is still the same

I'm having the same issue now, hasn't updated for over a week when before it used to update every 2-3. Will it eventually update again or is it just going to stay like that? I contacted spotify and they gave me their standard 'it's when the algorithm gathers enough info so isn't always the same time' but I've been listening to new songs over and over again so it should be changing. Any ideas?

 If this is true and you were told that it was going to be fixed in 24 hours, perhaps you shouldn't have been given an unrealistic promise. I doubt this is an issue where they can simply flip a switch and "on repeat" is back to normal. If that were possible, most likely, it would've already happened by now; after all, I'm sure Spotify employees are tired of hearing people complain (not that they should set unachievable expectations!). This is a recurring issue, and I'm sure they're trying to fix it and prevent it from happening again at the same time.

On repeat and repeat rewind not updating is not the end of the world, so let's give Spotify time. 😌

hi spotify. Your app has been malfunctioning since last year when you've started implementing AI into you app, the music quality has been bad but for a couple of weeks now it's been absolutely awful, also the on repeat doesn't update at all. You do everything to convince me to move to apple music, this is probably my last month paying.

Hit History next to it also not updating. Not sure what it is in English version.

9 days since the last update for me. I’m used to a new On repeat list every three days.

On repeat & repeat rewind both arent refreshing for 9 days now , both of these playlist would refresh every 3 days before .
