 My music continues to pause not allowing me to listen to any song completely I have searched for hours with no solution working is there any way to fix my problem

I'm having the same issue seemed to start last night >< was working fine the day before, now nothing will play and nothing will fix it. Everything works ok on my mobile and laptop its just the PS4 thats buggy!

Noticed the problem happening on: 1/31/2019

Description: Every song pauses a couple of seconds after you play it. Varies to 1 to 3 seconds.
