I have been a premium subscriber for several years however my account now shows as free. I have re installed Spotify as advised in help section however no progress. Spotify, Please contact me to resolve at *** edited for security ***

If you're still being charged for Premium but only seeing Free, it sounds like you may have two accounts with us. We'd recommend firstly heading over to your Account page here. If you're seeing Premium here, make sure you're entering the username stated on the page, and not your email address when logging in.
If this doesn't help, we'd then recommend reaching out to Support. They can check your account out backstage.
