Hello, I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this problem but when I payed for the 0.99 deal for three months, It took out the usual normal payment which is 9.99. Anyway to resolve this problem?
That's odd. Did you make sure if the offer wasn't only for new users who haven't had Premium in the past (or even a trial)? If you had Premium in the past, it would explain why you didn't get the 0.99/3 months deal. However, there is a 9.99/3 months deal for older users provided they've cancelled before a certain date, so it could be this offer you got instead. You can check by going to your Account page and checking if the date when your Premium endsis more than a month away.
