Philips Fidelio AW9000 Airstudio+ not able to log into spotify

I am trying to login into Spotify Premium via Airstudio+ on my iphone as well as on Android. Despite correct login details and password it returns message "wrong login or password". I have been using this account for long and it worked ok till yesterday. Is there an issue known to anyone? Please help as my wife is now dissapointed that she can't listen her music and these speakers becomes virtually useless. I just want to add that I tried to login many times on PC and password works ok there. Please advise

having the same problem, changed password.. still not working.

Yes the same here. Changed password and still not working.
I tried other services and they work ok so it seems to be definitely issues on Spotify side.
Can anyone please support

Hey folks!

 

Just to confirm, are you logging in by typing your username and password or the full email address and password. We suggest trying both ways to see if it helps.

 

Also, are you using Bluetooth or the Philips app to connect to the speakers?

 

We'll see what else we can suggest.

I tried both ways. It does not work. I am using Philips airstudio app.

Tired of all the problems with this Airstudio+ app, bought an rechargeable bluetooth with minijack. Works perfect.. and now I can play directly from spotify app, instead of Airstudio+.

@kakolewski, Could you send us a screenshot of what you see on your end when you try to log in? You should be able to access your Spotify account without any issues.
