I understand your frustration. Music availability differs between countries, the playlists shown in Browse are made for the country your Spotify account is registered to and cannot be changed at this moment. You can check out more Spotify playlists by clicking the Genres and Moods in Browse. If you have any questions about this, feel free to let me know! 🙂
