Poorly recorded track is skipping at specific moments

Description:

This specific music was poorly recorded and hence there are a couple skips when playing the song at certain moments.

1st skip: 1:11->1:12 (not very obvious but it's there)

2nd skip: 1:35->1:36

To reproduce:

1. Follow the link
2. Play the song
3. Listen carefully to the moments I mentioned above

Workaround:

 None. Fix the recording.

Additional information:

 I would like to mention that it would be important to add a feature on the app to allow for the reporting of music of bad recorded quality. Or, at the very least, create a section for that purpose in this forum since there seems to be none that is not software related.

I have a similar situation with a different song.  This song is "Can't Fake It" by the band Target (although Spotify has the artist listed as Jimi Jamison, who was the lead singer). 

Here is the song:  spotify:track:4F9wM1PiTIP9E2bMSnqUkJ.

The skipping starts at around 2:20 and goes on for about 10 seconds, til the end of the song. 

Also I agree with mlvrhs's suggestion to add a feature to report badly recorded music (other than this generic forum).
