Popup current playing song

Description:

 I can't play any songs on my cmoputer. it tells me "Cant play the current track"

i have strong wifi, i have re downloaded spotify a number of times, but nothing works.

To reproduce:

1. Step 1 i dont know what this is, or how its relivent 
2. Step 2
3. ...

Workaround:

 i dont know what this is or how its relivent. 

Additional information:

 im not a tech guy. i just want what im paying for to work. if its not going to work ill find somewhere else to pay for my music.

Workaround:

Skip to the next song, music begins playing.

Pick 'Radio' from the left menu, select a genre,  music begins to play.

I haven’t tried the radio, but i like being able to listen to the songs from my playlists. I have tried skipping songs, and i usually get the same responses that the songs won’t work. the only thing that has worked, if only for a short time is un installing Spotify and re installing it, but its getting to be a hassle.
