Premium Family - Members stuck on Free, can't be removed

Hey all,

 

We've been receving reports that some users stay on Free after they have been added to a Premium Family plan.

 

Try this if you are experiencing this issue:

 

  1. Ask the manager to send you a new invitation
  2. Try opening the invitation link in a private/incognito window

Hit +vote and leave a comment where you mention if the Premium Family plan was changed from the old type or if the manager signed up directly to Premium Family for the first time.

Dear Support

 

I'm still experienced this problem with one member of my family.

She is still stuck in FREE status instead of Premium as me.

I tried to resend her a new invitation but the system refused; because she is still recorded as member of the family group.

Finaly i removed her but i cannot add her again in my family group; ecause she is still recorded as member of the family group.

 

How can i proceed with this blocking isse ?

 

Please advise asap,

I've spent over an hour cancelling, reinviting, cancelling etc. When I log into my daughters account through a web browser her account type is Premium Family but no matter what I do or how many times I log in and out the app still says her account type is "Free". I have searched everywhere for answers only to find this thread telling me "it's all fixed". Well, it isn't. And there is no way to contact support other than this forum?! The "Chat Bot" keeps telling me to refresh the page and start the chat again but always fails. This is so frustrating. My other daughter has been using her Family account without issue.....
