Jag betalar för premium familj, nu står det free på våra konton. Detta hände i fredags!
Har kollat med Telia, de säger att det är aktiverat. Nu får ni fixa detta!

Since Telia is managing the Premium subscription for your Family, we suggest contacting them directly. They'll help you set up your subscription back up.

 

Right now, we can't manage third party subscriptions, so we're unable to set it back up on our end.

Just to confirm, are you referring to the Premium for Family plan offered by Spotify or the family subscription offered by Telia?

Nu fungerar det inte att spela spotify i fler än en enhet åt gången. Det har det tidigare gjort, vi har har spelat olika listor också. Ni drar 149 kr för premiumabbonemang.

Could you send us a screenshot of what you see on your end?

 

In the meantime, let's try reinstalling Spotify and making sure you have only one Spotify account.

 

@len140, Just to confirm, are you getting charged both by Telia and Spotify? If this is the case, you might have two Spotify accounts. Try following this troubleshooting to verify if that's the case.
