Premium family

Status: Not An Issue

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded to Family Premium.  One of the family members has premium on his laptop, but on his Android device Premium isn't enabled after logging out, logging in an reinstalling.   He can't pick individual tracks within playlists, and when trying to enable high quality streaming is told he has to upgrade.


He accepted the invitation and followed all the steps.

 

Any advice please?
