Hello! I’ve used the 3 month trial before, and now that i’m a student and eligible for a student discount, It won’t let me pay, saying I have used the 3 month discount before. I’m just trying to get my 50% off, everything is verified and my bank account is fine. When I try to click on the error message that says “you aren’t eligible for this offer, but you might be eligible for the student discount instead”, it takes me to the same payment page, including the 3 month free trial in the beginning. i’ve tried using different browsers, on my mac and iphone. it doesn’t work

I want to use spotify premium with students discount in Austria. The problem is I have already used the 3 months trial in the past and when i want to get spotify premium there is no option for me to choose an offer without the 3 months trial included.

So i have no Problem to verify my students status, but when it comes to enter my credit card info and I click "pay" there pops up an error which says that I can't use this offer, because I have already used the 3 months trial, but it also says I can choose the students discount without 3 months trial.

This would be very nice, but there is no option at all to do so. There is no form, banner or other display which allows me to do so.

Could you possibly post the link of the URL that you are trying to access the student premium with. 

Another way you could try to bypass the 3 month offer is to try it in incognito mode. If that doesn't work try using a different browser.

This can happen if you've had an account with a Free trial in the past but now you're using another account to subscribe for Premium or Premium Student, or any other subscription.

What you can do as a workaround is:

1. Subscribe for Premium (be advised you'll be charged the full Premium price for the first month in this case). 
2. Switch the subscription to Premium Student.

So there alrdy have been issues with people not being able to get Student Premium WITHOUT the free trial (since they alrdy used the trial before).

When you try to get Student Premium as a person who already used the trial before you simply can't get it..
