Premium user - can't change country setting

Status: Not An Issue

I have moved from Norway to NZ, and am trying to update the country setting. I have successfully changed payment details to my New Zealand credit card, but the country box on my profile is still grayed out and I can't change it from Norway... I have a feeling I might need to cancel my subscription and then re-subscribe, unless anyone has a solution? See attached screenshots. I have already waited a week since I updated payment details! Thanks!
