I can't sign up to premium it's keeps saying you've already had a similar offer but I haven't got premium if you want my money sort it out..

Just to check, have you used this payment method for a trial/offer in the past? If so, it's not possible to use the same one again. 

If this isn't the case, does trying things out again in a different browser/incognito window help? Or, from a different device?

 

We also have some more tips here which could help.
