Preview Picture wont update

Hello,

as soon as I restart spotify this bug is fixed but after some time it's coming again.

Stops working after some played tracks.

That means it could happen that it's the artist from a advertisement, the picture from a track 5 songs ago and the title is correct.

Got this bug since the newest version.

I'm using the latest Spotify Version 1.0.33.106

And my operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64bit

nope that doesnt help to fix my problem.

I now downgraded to the Version 1.0.29.92 

I dont have this problem there

Thanks for giving it a try.

On your Windows, head to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage and delete this folder.

Reinstall the app once again (the latest version) and let us know how it goes!

nope that didn't solved the problem for me.

Played around 2-3 hours of music then it happend again

We'd like to know if this happens also with your local files or just with the Spotify catalogue. Also, if you sync those songs offline, do you experience the same thing? 

If so, we'd suggest you to try the following steps:

• Restart your computer in Safe Mode. To do this, press and hold the F8 key as your computer is restarting.
• In Safe Mode, open the Spotify Installer (from where it’s saved on your PC) and go through the installation process.
• Once Spotify is installed, restart your computer normally.
• Open Spotify.

Let us know if this solves the issue.
