Random podcast episodes appear followed and downloaded

We've received reports that random podcast episodes appear as followed and are automatically downloaded for some users.

Same issue here, only on my computer (not showing up on mobile) so it definitely looks like a software issue.

Same as others found today that 24 random podcasts were downloaded in something called "your episodes" I hadn't seen before (I don't listen to podcasts) plus "liked songs" had become downloaded
