**bleep** Spotify! I used up all my data to download all my music again. This is the second time I've had to do this. Every time the system updates. The music doesn't even download! This is my second day trying to download.

Can you let us know which device and Spotify version you're using? Try resetting your offline devices here to see if this helps. Keep in mind that you'll need to download your music again after this. Also, make sure to download your music using a WiFi network to avoid any mobile data usage.
