Remove gap between tracks on Google Home

I listen to a lot of live albums, or ones which are intended to play without gaps, and on my Google Home there's an annoying gap between tracks. This isn't an issue on the Alexa integration, just the Google Home. The primary function of my Google Home is music playback so this is a dealbreaker for me
