Removing song from playlist on iPhone

So far spotify keeps trying to say this is an non issue when it's factual that you can't remove a song from a playlist on iphone unless you go to the playlist and scroll and find the song.  All other platforms allow you to remove current song from playlist by right clicking or clicking the 3 dots.  This CANNOT be done on Iphone for some reason which is incredibly annoying.
