Roku won't acknowledge my spotify

So I have premium Spotify, I go and log in on the Roku box, and it won't acknowledge my lists, I get search what's hot top tracks and accounts... So I click on mine and it says already in use, even if I log out on my phone. Any help would be great

Have the same problem.  selected an available track and the playback quaility sounded like a tin can!!

Welcome to the Spotify Communty.

 

That's odd. Can you let us know if this issue started after a specific update or event? Try resetting your internet router to see if this helps.

Regarding the "playlists not showing up" part of your post,

 

An update from Spotify has been posted here:

"Due to various technical challenges, the Playlists feature has been removed from the Roku Spotify app.

 

We do understand your concerns and are working with Roku on how best to move forward with this app. In the meantime, you can search for and play artists, songs and albums, and your playlists are always available on your other devices with our desktop and mobile apps.


There are other ways to listen to Spotify on your TV too. Check out our guide at www.spotify.com/tv."
