SPOTIFY premium songs greyed out

I have had Spotify Premium for 2 years and still have it. I have confirmed my subscription status. I am logged into the correct account so these are not the issues. I use a SamsungS8 and version of Spotify installed is armv7.

 

Most of my previously downloaded music is greyed out.  It will not download. I have logged out and logged back in with no luck.  My wifi and data connections are solid so that is not the issue.

 

Again, I have confirmed my subscription status is still Premium.

 

Insight please?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
  2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
  3. Reinstall the app with the steps here.
  4. Save your offline tracks again.

If that doesn't work, please remove the SD card, if there's one, reinstall the app, then reinsert the SD card again to see if it makes any difference.
