Samsung (tizen) bad sound quality

so i have my tv connected to a home cinema and played music from youtube with the sound being amazing a few days ago finally i downloaded spotify and the sound quality is straight up **bleep**.....

do we know why?

Have you got premium? Have you enabled high streaming quality if that's the case.

You can stream Spotify on TV in Normal Quality, but you can find more info about this here: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/search_play/what-bitrate-does-spotify-use-for-streaming/.

This is a real shame. Thinking of going back to deezer unless Spotify starts streaming better quality through the Samsung tizen app, it just sounds terrible as it is.
