Save to SD Card on Android Samsung S7

Hi. I allowed Spotify access to my DAD Card Storage and downloaded music. But somehow always the settings get changed and all my downloaded music is gone. When I download it again, it downloads everything to my phone instead of my SD card. (The SD card has enough space and works fine.)

I have deinstalled Spotify and installed it new several times now, but it keeps happening.
