Scrollbar flickering on hoover of other elements @radio

If you enter Radio and hoover over the play buttons or the genre stations, the scrollbar seems to spawn & destroy a mini scrollbar at top of the bar.

We'll like to get this reported to the right team. To do so, could you let us know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system that you're running? Also, can you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event?
