Shazam on the iPhone doesn't connect with Spotify

Hi guys,

I've been searching for ages on google and here now. But I haven't found a work around yet. I have the green "button" connect Spotify to Shazam (Encore) on my iPhone 7, iOS 10. But after login nothing happens to Shazam. On the iPad I am connected and I can add the songs to playlist. Any idea why the iPhone Shazam app is different??

Well, I know how to connect with that link as you have described, but there is the problem. When I click on connect to Spotify, and I do all the steps, when I come back in the Shazam app it actually is not connected. So it will remain showing “connect now with Spotify”.

I have remove both apps, revoked permissions and tried it all again as clean install. I cannot get it connected on my iPhone, while on my iPad it isn’t a problem.

In this case, it'd be best to submit a request through Shazam for more info on how to fix this. You can submit a request here.
