Shuffle doesn't really shuffle

I have about 890 songs on a playlist, and hitting shuffle only shuffles the same 30-40 songs. Currently from one song, I hit shuffle 6 times and it gave me the same three songs each time. This happens on my Android phone, and my PC. Both apps have been uninstalled and reinstalled. Seems to happen with every playlist that I've found with more than 30 songs.

I am having the same issue. It is only playing the first 30 or so songs on my playlist.
