Shuffle has stopped working. Again

I used to be able to shuffle an entire playlist of 700 songs no problem, but now it picks from the first 100. Even if I try to select a song near the end, it was always go back to the first 100. Even when I'm not in shuffle, if I pick a song midway through the playlist, it'll then start from the beginning.

Just to confirm, is this happening when you use Spotify Connect to a different device? Also, does the same hapen if you use Spotify on a different device?
