Shuffle problem

I have spotify premium. But for almost six months ive had problem with that the same songs plays over and over again. I have a thousand songs on my playlist, but its like 10 songs it plays all **bleep**ing time. What to do?

Could you let us know if this happens across all your devices? It'd be great if you could also tell us if this happens with a specific playlist (downloaded or not), or with a section of the app in particular (like the Songs page).
